“I had no idea how important self-care, more specifically, self-love was until I became a mom. I found myself not having time for the small things I took for granted before motherhood.

Now, I make myself a priority. I listen to podcasts/audiobooks or catch up with a girlfriend while in the carpool line. I give myself at least one night in the week where I am off of dinner and bedtime duties. Recently, I have added girl nights a few times a month into my calendar which has been the ultimate game-changer."
